NYCSRA hosted their Second Annual Charity Poker Night on November 22, 2017, at the Renaissance Event Hall, in Astoria, NY, which raised thousands of dollars for the Grace Gold Memorial Scholarship Fund. Grace Gold was tragically killed in 1979 when she was struck by masonry that fell from a NYC building. Her death prompted the passage of New York City's "Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), previously known as Local Law 10 of 1980, which is now Local Law 11 of 1998. The Charity Poker Nights are an opportunity for NYCSRA members to network while raising funds for a good cause.
